Now what?

Brand new here and fairly new to waterfowl hunting. I’m about to check an item off of my bucket list - a no limit conservation light goose hunt in the Mississippi delta - snows, blues, and Ross. The geese typically number several thousand in the fields and do heavy damage to crops right after planting, so our Dept. of Wildlife makes this unplugged, no limit hunt possible. I’ve wanted to do this hunt for over 20 years, but never could get away to do it. Well February 13th is the day! Got the gun, got the shells, got the Camo, and the outfitter has got the decoys. All we have to do is show up and shoot ‘em!
Now what?
This might sound naively optimistic, but I expect us to bring down way more geese than we’ll ever consume, so what do you do with them? The outfitter told us to bring 4 boxes of shells. If we only have a 10% kill rate, that will be 40 birds! (And I think we’ll shoot a bit better than that!) I don’t want to waste them, but I ain’t plucking 40 geese, either! Do homeless kitchens accept them? Are geese an animal that Hunter’s Bounty will take? Any ideas?
