Nothing seasons success quite like earlier frustration.

I had a good shoot Sunday, north wind kicked up and birds flew well from 9 to noon.

I hear you, I always pick up the Saturday after we close because it’s a youth hunt and I usually bring nephew or 2.

Nice that you got into some birds, but far better that your dad got out of that house. Thanks for sharing.

WOW! Glad your dad made it out of there. I have smoke alarms everywhere, and keep our extinguishers up to date. Scary stuff.

The Mississippi Flyway winter meeting is in Orange Beach, and my colleague in Alabama has been sharing his hunting success with me as we've worked to put the meeting together. He also said the hunting was terrific on public land in AL, and showed me some spectacular photos of mallard/wood duck hunts, gadwall hunts, and even some diver hunts with lots of redheads and canvasbacks.

Thanks very much for sharing your hunts here.

When my friends send pictures of ducks they make sure and pile them into a big pile thus providing evidence of group-hunt where separate bags are not maintained. They do it all the time every time. EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Re-post them and mister greenjeans shows up with a freaking adding machine.
Wanna c?

There are a significant number of members here that wear badges and they are hunting us. Post from your phone and they got your location. You have been warned.

Here is an example. If I had a badge every single man next to that log is getting ticketed and I take all the ducks as evidence then tow all their vehicles and take them to the jail where their wives have to come get them. Then their dogs get bailed out of dog jail.

There are some that say that I'm the short guy in the threesome on the left. I'm denying it. I do know exactly where that log is though. You have to fight and race to get that hole. It's on the "north line" at the brake and is famous.
