Top one was from a small lake in northern part of the state and the second was from the Wisconsin river down here. Never fished the pewaukee chain but get out on the Madison lakes fairly often.

Caught a bunch of small perch and bass over the weekend. Enough for a couple meals at least. This is my youngest son with his first pike. Very happy boy!

I'll guess I've been spoiled when it comes to fishing. I thought the fishing was poor and slow but the couple that went with us thought it was great and it was the best trip they ever had.

whoa, nice eyes. Never fished em in sticks like that.

thats our secret, all the old farmers just troll around 12 feet for wallleyes, and we cruise up in the dead trees and slay them at about 6 feet, everybody is always so confused!! we use spinners just like this

That's all i used in ND while I lived there. Spoons work too if you can keep the goldeneye off them.

Scratched out a few more keepers today and thew quite a few back as well. Starting to get used to this depth finder and found three more brushpiles I pulled fish from that I probably never would have found without it.

My friends boat, it is a 20' center console, tunnel flat-bottom with 150 Yammi and hydraulic jack plate it will run very, very shallow.

Something that I had never heard of, called a Flatlander. Probably a small company that made a few hulls and then vanished.

No, those were from a few years back. We never had enough west wind to bring the fish into the beach this year so I never got in there to fish for them.

I wonder how big some of them are getting, they have been pretty much unmolested for 3 years now.
