boot fix

My four year old neoprene waders have developped a hole in the boot sole. It seems like a shame to throw them out, as that is the only thing wrong with them, and a new pair is not in the budget for this year. It's just a small hole around the mid-sole that leaks when I walk.
Does anyone have a good fix for this?

I did this last year.
If it's on the rubber part if the boot go get a bicycle tube repair kit and then I also applied Aqua Seal over the top of that. Better than new.

Aqua seal was my first thought, but I'll add the tube patch too. It's not so bad now, but I would not want any moisture in my boots come Nov/Dec

Prep with acetone and then 3M 5200 in and over the hole.
(AquaSeal wants to be 5200 when it grows up.)

I'll look around and see if I can find some.

That's what I used on my boot. Did it before season started, and it's still holding fine. I use 5200 for everything. The bottom of my boat is almost coated in it.

. No leaks though.
