Saw this dog blind and figured we needed a thread to post good deals you find in. If we get this going maybe it would be worth making it a sticky, whoever the mod is.

Reguarly $140, on sale for $90.

Ho Lee Fuc.........Where has that been all my life? Maybe if I teach my dog "Down" I can get by without one. If I pass on a decoy glove and a bisor lite, I can save $200.

I hunt ducks to kill ducks, not to see how much money I can burn.

Hoping it might help keep him warmer as well. Have had problems up to now with him shivering his ass off with his light coat.

That blind is only good for small dogs , big dogs have a hard time in it , no wiggle room at all they can't Turn around inside .
I switch to the hard core dog blinds nice dog blind .
I got one to try it out after 3 hunts went and got 2 more .and you get the snow cover with it .

I had one for 2 weeks , yes it is compact .
I am really happy with the hard core one .
And I think there still around 80-90 dollars with snow cover .

Yup, pussy dog. I know plenty of dogs adapt just fine but for whatever reason he hasn't put on a coat the last two years. He's 3 now and starting to fill out a bit so I'm hoping this year will be better. He's been pretty lean up to this point.

Quite often very true. Maybe that is why I can't afford a dog house or a decoy glove.

Just throwing this out there, and ya'all probably already know it,...
but shivering doesn't always equate to being cold. I would say more times than not, it's anticipation.
My last lab would shiver during an entire hunt, and anytime someone would comment about how cold he was,
I'd release him and sure enough,...he'd be right out there swimming amongst the ice cubes.

He was pretty good "duck radar" too. When you'd get a flock sneak in on ya, his teeth would really get to chattering! :)

One of his best moments regarding teeth chattering,...
His spot was always at the bow of the boat, peeking out of my scissor blind.
Well, I could hear his teeth chattering like crazy, but after checking the dekes, and searching the sky, I didn't see any ducks.
So I turned around in my chair and he was literally nose to beak with a Great Blue Heron!

I agree I bet he is excited a good bit since I have seen him shiver in the 40's. Although it does get worse as the temps drop which is what concerns me. Only one way to find out for sure, bring out the probe.
