Pretty sure mine are on a frozen hard drive a local guy couldn't thaw, and I've not pursued further.

I've got hunting logs going back 10 years saved in my notes app on iPhone so they transfer when I get a new phone.

My stuff is all on a jump drive, backed up on a hard drive. Log is in Excel sheet, this will be Season 20 on it.

Know nothing of "jump" but had an "external hard drive" sitting around since the crash. Just too dumb to figure out how to use it. Or try to.

"Jump" or "thumb" drive, just a removable USB storage unit, very small but with magic of today's technology you can fit lots of GB of storage on them and take them wherever you go.

"Thumb drive" I've heard of. Pretty much a Luddite, me.

I was thinking the same thing reading the “what kind of jump drive are you guys running” back and forth above haha. But hey, I’m glad to see the chatter as the summer begins to bear down on us.

SLIM pickins indeed!

Even on the duck gear front.........

Got a replacement charger for my two Lucky Duck spinners...and put them on a maintenance charge this weekend.....exciting stuff! Other than that, just watching the rain fall in between LSU baseball's games at the Eugene, OR regional, too rainy to fish this weekend.

Holy crap! You must be bored. Sick as I've been of the netspurts hammering on Mainieri for not being Bertman, I lost hope of seeing him shut them up on the field. 'Course, the next poor bastard will get hammered for not being Mainieri. And so it goes with Louisiana sports "fans"...

There's another baseball team in the state who is hosting a regional in Ruston and currently up on Bama.

They do have a good team this year.
Almost tripped up Arkansas(edit: and that may come across the wrong way).
Congrats to them, they've had a good year.

It's nice having a legit team for a small school.

Very cool hosting a regional in first season of new ballpark after the 2019 tornado.

Yep, that's what it is......for better or worse. Fan expectation is insane.

Paul is not Skip, but Paul has nearly twice the total career wins that Skip does. But Skip's got the rings.....by a lot.

But we've got Game 7 tonight!

Yea that's really cool, glad for Tech to host and make some noise by at least sending Bama home. Hope they can build on this and host again next year.

Throwing back to teal season 2020, was nice to revisit the White Lake hunt that finally went as you'd expect it to be, and on the closing day of the season. Guide was top notch, knew his game at Blind #8, and birds were plentiful. Thought some might want the recipe below I photographed from the kitchen in the famous camp there.

About any time you combine that much cream, seasonings and seafood you'll have something good.

That couldn't help but be great - and flat cruel reading for a fellow who finally had to supplement his morning miles and "-ups" with "-aways" this spring. Oh, for the days I could eat whatever and whenever I pleased and run it off over spring and summer.

Too much cream cheese for me. Have been enjoying a slightly lighter spinach and garlic shrimp pasta lately that my lovely wife makes. Image

Saw some crawling on the bottom of the bait tank at marina by the camp the other day, big ol things. Lil much for bait other than big reds and triple tail.

Headed your way Wednesday, (OB-AL)

Glad to hear it Darren, and hope the weather stays good for you! Pretty beaches, and if you and your bride get an evening away from the kids, sipping Bushwhackers and listening to music in one of several venues at the Flora-Bama is usually a pretty good time too.

Yep definitely.......but wont be in the cards for this one. 4 couples, 7 kids (all under 5). Big condo with slide, lazy river, etc. so we'll be staying put once we're there.

Sure wish I could say the same of our last September teal morning. Birds should have been more than plentiful enough, but the damn guide let a tough party spoil his morning. And his attitude about that morning sully an otherwise near perfect season.
