You think just two bulbs will cut it for nav lights or are you going to do a couple for each color? I thought the fronts needed to be like 270* visibility

I never said they would be legal, I just said thats what I'm using. :D

I actually haven't figured out exactly where I'm going to mount them yet but I have a semi-vee so I think if they are on the angle on either side of the center line they should be close.

I looked at the strip LEDS from BPS but I think I'll end up trashing them.

I would advise getting that thing inside and get going on the build now. You are going to need that boat when that snow all melts. :geek:

2/12/15 3 or 4 more inches of snow today, 12+ forecasted for the weekend. If I get home before dark tomorrow I'll post some pics of the boat.

Stick steer with throttle on my right side and the reverse gate control on my left. The Captain's chair will be in the center of the engine cover. I'm hoping the engine cover will be flush with the gunnels.

good call. My engine was higher than the gunnels but just standard side height on my boat.

Thinking of a swim platform across the stern to use as a dog ladder. Thoughts?

That's what I did with my duck boat, swim platform. All you have to do is put your hand behind the dogs head and they climb in no lifting. Still thinking about a under water platform that swings down so I don't even have to help her.

I'm jealous of the weather you guys are getting. I miss snow shoeing, riding sleds, ice fishing.

Posting if you need some ideas capt. I'll refrain from being a dick in saying the reason I have the pic is cause I was just out rebuilding carbs for hopefully the last time and plan to test it this weekend. Oops....

2/21/15 Shoveled of the house and garage today. 3-4 feet of snow gone before the next storm tonight. 3-6 inches then changing to rain. I hurt. Fuck winter!
