  She is a decent player. Not the best one of my bunch though. Small town North Dakota so they all get to play up a grade or two than they are in. Last year when she was in fourth grade she was playing on the eighth grade team. One of the few times I wish we lived in a bigger city so they would have stronger competition. As the old saying goes iron sharpens iron. Right now though they wouldn’t hold a candle against the bigger city kids. Still fun to watch though!

Looks like a young Kim Mulkey, could be a $32,000,000 deal in her future.

('Course by the time she's Mulkey's age, that kind of money won't get her a latte at Starbucks...)

We received 1.5 inches of rain so far today. I’m sure other parts of the state have received much more. Supposed to continue into the night and then some again tomorrow and then some other chances during the week. Just enough to slow harvest down for a while but it’s always good to go into winter with moisture in the soil as that helps with the spring runoff that fills the potholes.

I was watching videos of her from two years ago and she has definitely come a long way! Still lots of room to grow. I believe yesterday was her last game till travel season.
