Thanks for posting that. I'm not enough of a music guy to have heard it before, but it's pretty poignant at my stage of life. Had the examples of one set of grandparents who stayed physically active and remained so until passing and the other who didn't and, subsequently, couldn't, and have tried to follow the former's lead. Long ran and now walk (at behest of my knees) a few miles most every day and do the old fashioned calisthenics I think of as my "ups" every other. That, and things like habitually taking stairs, instead of elevators and avoiding 4-wheeling whenever possible. Has worked out well to date.
Still, after I pressure-washed our house yesterday, I bent to disconnect the hose and damned if "that old man" didn't stab me in the small of my back.

yes its a first for me ,my oldest before her was dayzeemay, at 6months kind of nice being house broke i dont miss that part of puppy training
