What do you guys think of this one?

The barrel has no effect on the sound the call makes. The lower unit is what separates the pretty ones from the killa kalls. Sometimes you get a pretty one that also sounds good.

I know, I'm saying a little flare at the start of the call would look a little better IMO. I don't think there is anything wrong with it, just throwing my .02 out there.

I disagree. Just the type of wood can make a different tone.

Not necessarily true. A shorter barrel can make the call raspier. As well as the call quicker and more responsive.
