a truck forum I'm on has a live chat box. Not sure how much room you have on your server, or maybe you like the magnatude of the almost 250 thread, but I've got to imagine a live chat box would cut down on the amount of storage since it purges after so many posts (best I can tell)

WFF is not setup software or design wise to offer this. I thought about it when I first started designing the site but the juice wasn't worth the squeeze to say so. Maybe with growth and future design updates I can include it.
