I only make chili with beef, Tri tip usually. Scoter is like the filet mingon of the duck world. Never eaten coot

you'll never hear anyone from Cali accusing scoter of tasting like filet mignon. Although I think it's fine in chilli or stew. Had coot once. It was deep fried. Can't remember if I really enjoyed it or if the whiskey impaired my judgement
