Im back.

Well break is over. Duck hunting absolutely sucked this year. No birds anywhere that I could find. Did a lot of deer hunting and ended up taking a yearling on the day before season closed. Overall major disappointment.

Anybody want to catch me up on whats been going on?

I sent you a duck whistle for your call collection. Probably arrived after you left school for the Christmas break, hope you get it. Hunting around here has been poor at best since a couple of weeks after the break.

Thanks Ron. It has been rough for us to say the least. Hardly any mallards this year at all. Seen decent amounts of gadwalls and teal earlier this season but late season they have dwindled down to almost nothing. Divers seemed to start coming in here in the last week.
