Bougie Bologna

Dave, I was in Rouse's Grocery store a few weeks ago, and there was a nice looking gal handing out sample pieces that she had heated up on a griddle. I like bologna ok, but this was a cut above the normal cheap stuff. It was a much thicker slice, the meat was more rough cut, and reminded me of Hebrew National hotdogs in texture. There was plain and jalapeno, and catching me just before lunch, I sampled both, and bought some of the jalapeno style. Wasn't overly hot, which to me was perfect. Anyway, making a slider with it today for lunch (stuff is awesome btw), and see that it is made by Comeaux's in Breaux Bridge, and I immediately thought of you.
Are they your kinfolks?
