Keg Question

In college we'd put down a deposit to cover the cost of the shell plus some. Just keep it and then do a keg swap every time you needed a new one and didn't have to come up with the money for a deposit. But prices did go up for keystone kegs I believe because the aluminum scrap was worth more than what they were charging

I'm getting concerned with this "aluminum" talk. Is this a new development in beer kegs? They're supposed to be stainless steel.

west coast has been aluminum as long as I can remember.

Assa, just drive to the local college around 6am on a Saturday, should be easy to find a keg. probably get a drunk kid to carry it to your truck for you too.

I did read it. I was saying that I have an aluminum one. Hence why I pointed out that mine is aluminum.

I picture the Outer Banks being pretty much like here, only with a bigger bay in between the barrier islands and mainland.

It's not that bad yet. Va Beach is more in line with OC, and Myrtle Beach is OC's twin.
