Tiler_J,
That looks like an amazing spot you have. Some of the most beautiful country I have seen. Do you mind me asking roughly where you're at?

Joel, that wouldn't happen to be an old Hercules 410 you're boy's holding in that one pic, would it? Looks just like one I have. Awesome little shotgun.

Thanks. It's up in Siskiyou County, way Northern CA. Closest town is a little place called Callahan.

It's an Electric City! I think they were sold by Sears way back when.

Really beautiful, and thanks a lot for proving my wife right! we have an ongoing argument. Being an Oregon boy originally, every time I see a beautiful place like that in pics or on a movie, I insist its Oregon. Being a northern Cali girl herself she insists its her neck of the woods!

Shoot, probably is the same gun, then. The Hercules I have was sold by Montgomery Ward way back when, and I can't imagine they bothered getting different makers to slap together a cheap 410.

Probably is, mine was made between 1922 and 1936. I know they were mass produced and they would supposedly put any name on the gun, depending on who was selling it.

That turtle video is hilarious.

There's a Part 2 and Part 3, also, but 1 was the best. Not sure if it is in the one I posted or not, but at one point she wants to take the turtle feet and make gloves for her Barbie. I did convince her that it wasn't the best idea, however.

Hunt, it doesn't matter that she's young, at least she's outside. I have more than a few friends who would've had to have their kids wearing gloves to touch a pumpkin, and would've had the hand sanitizer poured on by the gallon. And heaven forbid a kid go in a lake or pond, instead of a chlorinated swimming pool  I'd say you're doing it right

Here's another starring Layniebug I posted a while back. The videography isn't very good, and may make you seasick, since she wanted to film it, but she's got some doozies in this one, too. For the record, I caught hell for this from one of my particularly "liberal" friends, who almost got pissed that she was going to be traumatized being around guts like this. I told him and his wife to get back to me when Layniebug kicks their kid's ass in Biology class. (And possibly just kick's their little boys ass flat out- poor guy is being raised like a sissy, but that's not my business)
