One of these days I plan on making it out there. Only reason I can go to the NCH is because I'm so close to it.

I believe that the proper term to use would be craft beer. The word gourmet kinda gays up the beer.

Flint, i write this to explain my intent, not pick on you or start a fight.
It wont surprise you to know I don't give care what conventional nomenclature dictates. After all, I re-wrote the rules of Haiku to suite my own style.

I took it from my love of gmay coffee. Today, I invented my own term: gourmet beer.

My intent here was to display and discuss some of my favorite beers. You may feel more comfortable with your own thread that features beers more often found in aluminum cans.

But this non gay thread is about gourmet beers.

You ever try some of this?
It's gourmet for sure.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P5oFTlae9cg

Flint does your phone have a camera? Why not take a picture of your Milwaukee's Best and post it here? We can discuss your latent homo tendencies on another thread if you like, but I prefer to make this about Gourmet Beer. Don't make me Haiku your ass!

Different people have different tastes, but a I ask for you hefe drinkers, please roll your bottle first before drinking or pouring.
Also, beer is meant to be dramk out of glassware. To truly get all that the beer has to offer, pour into a clean glass. You can't pick up aromas in a bottle. Assuming your drinking for taste not quantity since this is a gmay beer thread.

TK you wouldn't know a good craft beer if it bit you in the ass.
You were talking about sampling blue moon. That shit is bottled up by the people who brought you molson ice and is sold in gas stations.

Roll my bottle? Explain please.

I dont think your reading comp is doing so well. Let me say it in a way u mite understand better.

I don't give a fuck. I do it my own way, every time.

Does that make better sense to you? I noticed you have shown a lot of interest in gayness, but I dont see a single picture of you holding a beer. Are you old enough to buy it? Its an honest question as I don't know you.

This is funny because I can't remember hanging out with flint in the last decade where beer wasn't involved.

Sorry bud, just checked the bylaws.

ARTICLE VII SECTION 3

On hosting forum hunts.

...It is therefore prudent, that the members hold conclave each duck season, their feats and failures chronicled, and disseminated to the membership as a whole. Those who achieve in areas of drunkenness, general debauchery, and wader pissing, shall be raised to a station becoming of their exploits, and cloaked in the immortality of internet forum inside jokes. Henceforth, until such a time as Rex Chapman turns 18, summons shall be sent prior to each duck season detailing the particulars of convocation...

Bummer man. Such a strange rule.

Hefe's ate meant to be drank cloudy. Hefe is German for yeast, hefewizen is a style of wheat beer. Rolling the bottle stirs up any settled yeast. A good beer bar that serves a draft hefe will store the keg upside down until tapping! If you have a bottle, gently roll in on a flat surface or between your handles a few times and pour into a glass. Preferably a hefewizen glass, if you don't have one, try it sometime ins wine glass or other tulip shaped glass, it does make it taste better since your smelling it as you drinking it.

I work for shorts brewing co, a Michigan only brewery. just our company policy to stay only in mi, sort if like how new Gladys is Wisconsin only.
Two hearted is from bells brewing, I like the two hearted IPA, next to Oberon, probably their biggest seller.

I've purchased New Glarus in Iowa and Illinois. And Michigan I think.

Kurt, did you here about those scheming bastards in Colorado trying to patent the name "Nitro".

I think there a Michigan brewery trying to patent "Lupulin" as well, for naming.

God damnit Brew, thanks for reminding me I'm out of Oberon! Apparently Nebraska is a PITA to import beer into, so Bells said fuck them. I've heard rumors that it can be found across the river in Iowa, but I've not yet gone on a hunt for it.

Bootleggers! New Glarus says that they don't sell outside of their state. I wonder if someone is doing something fishy...
