I still have an elk and 3 deer tags to fill. My dad has 2 more deer and an elk tag, and my uncle has an elk tag and 2 deer tags to fill.

How many elk tags can you get per season as a resident? One bull one cow?

Only if you draw a cow tag. There's quite a few units where you can shoot a cow with your general tag.

In the unit that I mainly hunt (454) with my general tag I can shoot any elk I want, with the B tag in that area I am only allowed to shoot cows.
