Well it was either babysit the smoker all day or dump it in the crockpot and go bust caps.

It's been a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong winter.
we took the bottom vent off, glued some felt to the slider and put it back on with rtv silicone and now can maintain a temp most the day without touching it, pretty badass being able to leave it for hours at a time
