We don't.
Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I live, I will kill you. If I die, you are forgiven." Such is the rule of honor.

Ha! Like FF said, we call them crawdads, but you can catch them in streams here or buy them at some Walmarts.

I had boudin at a restaurant called Pasche's... it is a place up here.

Their food is really good, they did take that off their menu tho. Titz (Botiz630) has been there and loves their food.
It is just down the road from Dead Eye Dan, maybe he can go there and give a third opinion... I realize none of those people are Cajun experts, but in a northerner's opinion it was delicious.

11 mile and Michigan Ave right next to the casino... behind that hotel there off of 94.

If you go ask for the Crawfish Trio... It's not always on the menu, but if they have the Milan sauce they will still make it for you. You will not regret it. If they don't have the Milan sauce then get the blackened cat fish and crawfish duo.
