Not my "purchase", but the two groups that left ahead of us on Saturday bought $875 worth of wood ducks. One group left with a $700 tab (4 birds at $175 a pop). Never felt so good only shooting one teal!

Tea has to get to a high temperature for it to taste right. Boiling water is about right, I use a tea pot for ease.

i'm going to remember that for my future cabin. I should be able to plumb a little jog into the hot line of the sink for a dedicated ultra hot spout. all water will be heated via woodstove so it should get pretty toasty.

I think they have them in the South. Our neighbors to the East (Iowa) actually open up their regular duck season for 5 days in September, eliminates any mis-identification.

We've had diffrent levels and styles of shitters for awhile now. It makes life easier for the woman show up on the weekends.

What's funny, is we don't see very many during regular season. Usually the first few weeks of October there are a few, but I bet this pond we hunted Saturday had over 200 woodrows on it, I don't get it.
