Hellz yes. Wife got boozed up last night so I had to ditch it while in the water bath. Came back home and threw it in the fridge and then pulled it out today and seared it. Couldn't tell a difference at all and would be a great way to do it ahead of time.

I think this is why southern food just bores the shit out of me. Seems like no matter what it is, it just gets drowned in seasoning until it tastes nothing like what it is.

When you roast a pig, take 6 cabbages, cut the stem out with a knife, like you would the binger on a deer, then replace with 1/2 stick of butter.

Wrap in tin foil and season with Lawrys.

Put them in the roaster when the pig is half done.
