My cast iron pan is getting a workout.

Who takes a steak and turns it into taco fixins? Even if it is leftovers.

She gets hers cooked medium. It's already overcooked, and reheating it would only make it worse. Tacos make it right again.

Ramps are a type of wild leek that grows in the Appalachian mountain range. They're not cheap.

Diced up some snow breast, onion, and bell peppers. Little red wine, garlic powder, Montreal and it's fajita time tonight.

I went on a fajita tear this Spring and burned through a mess of what were to be stuffed and grilled blue/snow fillets this Summer, and now I'm eying Sweet Chereaux's stash of "gumbo geese" with theft in mind. Shame on me for being too lazy to put up more.
