Had an appt today to check the alignment on my diesel, it felt like it was wandering some while towing the boat last week. Turns out I needed a new ball joint, new tie rods, D bushings and the alignment - $860. Also one of my locking hubs is tough to turn so I'm gonna replace both of those with the good all metal ones, another 300 bucks.

My Dodge diesel seems to have more expensive parts than most vehicles on it for some reason. Wheel bearing were $385 a piece for it.

I know jim would align it with a tape measure, a carpenters square, and a bench rule.

Or use a piece of string in place of the bench rule if its not available.

My inside sources say no. I'll be playing the lotto at a couple places and getting a sweatline number at the lodge. If I get in by noon it would be cool with me. I told Dave the worst case scenario we will be deer hunting instead.
