Damn right I didn't! I had to put it together though This thread inspired me to do so. Had that thing for about five years just sitting in a box before this thread poped up.

I could have bought a cooker like that for $2 Friday at an auction. But I told myself, "self, you cannot disgrace the UDS boys of WFF with such a smoker" So I let it go! Loyalty ya'll

I have every intention to make a real UDS, as soon as I can find a non food grade barrel. This is a pretty ugly smoker though...

UDS can be built in less than an hour if you have everything ready.

Hybrid could be done in 3 days with the drying time.
