No they are flambeaus. I also just realized their heads spin so I can make it look like there is something really interesting going on in my spread.

I've got a pair of those. One of them has the keel the other doesn't. Pretty good decoys for motion but without the keel its a bitch to figure out what to do with the decoy line.

I'm trying to figure that part out right now. I think I'm going to just have some Texas rigs hooked to a 5" longline clip that will just hook to a loop on the decoy.

That sounds like a good plan. Also they can be a bitch if you throw them out, instead of setting them out. Takes a little practice to get it down.

You use them on rough water at all?

I had them out with the wind blowing about 20 mph once. It was on a pond not a lake so the waves weren't terrible. They are pretty stable, had some close calls but have yet to see them flip.

I think I have some of those too.
If I'm not mistaken you can flip the neck around and put the head on the other end making them feeders.

Yup. The dozen I already have are stationary sentry heads, so these will probably all get turned around to feeders.

Hell, when we hunt scoters and, are off the line a bit, we bang on the side of the boat to get them to look.
