FF, i got it at an electrician supply house that's not really open to the public I believe. They selling them for $60, I being a haggler, told him I'd take 2 for a hundo. So he told me to come around behind the counter and check the computer screen, their cost was just under $50. I ended up giving $110 for 2 because my brother wanted one also.
He hooked me up because I scored him a brick of .22 last week.

I think he owes you a bigger favor than that.

Think a brick of .22 might be worth more than a brick of blow.

I wish I was posting my fucking free bass boat here right now. Wish the motherfucker would email me back. The real challenge is gonna be dragging that bitch off lake Lanier with my jon boat and 15 horse motor. IF I can get a response.

Come with a trailer?

Yup. What I wanna do is try to haul my boat up there in the back of my truck, hang the motor on it when i get there to pull the bass boat back to the ramp and then haul my boat back home inside the other boat. But this is all hypothetical until I get a response to my email. I caught the ad as soon as it was posted so I figure I got a good chance.

That's a hell of a plan. Who's gonna help you? I bet it takes 3 dudes to pick your boat up high enough to put it in the free boat.

My boat is super light, me and joe have taken it of the trailer and flipped it over to look at the bottom. It was nothing. I'm probly gona be going up there alone if it works out. Unless I take a Mexican with me.

Anything good? You had a few pennies "saved" up with that deal...

Oh I don't know, depends on what you call "good" I guess.

FoxPro Firestorm, another Vortex SPARC, a Streamlight TLR-2, a Sig 1911, and I'm thinking about a .45 caliber can.

Nice.
Get an external Mic with wind cover. You'll wish you had if you don't.

Supposedly this one has a better mic than the previous gopros. Will see how it goes then decide what extras I want.

It has built in wifi and I can connect it to my phone. I put it on the other side if the house and I can turn it on and off and see what it sees on my phone. I can change the setting and start and stop video with my phone too. This thing is badass.

Or grow some balls and take the waterproof cover off the back, mic works fine that way and wind really isn't a huge issue either. I think I'm gonna try and mount mine to my mojo this year...

There is no way to mount just the camera. All the mounts hook to the case. And at $280 I'd rather keep it in the case.

You can remove the door and replace it with a skeletonized one that will allow the mic to work. I do it when I set the camera on the bank or on the ice.

And look for a Gerber Steady multitool. Works very well as a low profile tripod, have some awesome footage of the GoPro in the turkey decoys last spring watching two jakes kick the hell out of my decoy while the tom strutted and watched.
