Pintails are my favorite duck. I see them here in MI but have never taken one :x

They aren't that common here but I guess common enough to put detailed drawings in the MI Waterfowl Digest so hunters can ID them? I've only ever seen a few dozen here.

We could shoot 7 a day most of the season if the Feds would let us. i'm sure it's probably the same for Red and 3leg.
What you can't see in the picture is the other 200 pintails that were there.

we don't get as many here on the coast as you'd think. And most of the ones we get seem to stay rafted up in the bay. The scullers around here, I'd say shoot the most.
