Here you go Clyde, since you feel the need to correct. I'm sure there are more too.

you're
your
yore

for
four
fore

to
too
two

there
their
they're

Here is another for Olly, and some of you youngsters online.

prolly- no dictionary results(literally, that is the online search results)

You probably meant:
prob·a·bly   /ˈprɒbəbli/ Show Spelled[prob-uh-blee] Show IPA
adverb
in all likelihood; very likely: He will probably attend.

I think prolly is a queer lookin word. I try not to use it but, its not like anybody is going around saying "prolly". Its just kinda a mix between slang and abbreviation. kinda like all the acronyms such as LOL and BRB. just my .02 :scooter:

I can't stand that shortcut texting stuff. I do combine a few words like "kinda" and "gonna" but that's about it really. I want to throw a dictionary at peoples faces when they text like that.

I'm most guilty of

pic instead of picture.
photo instead of photograph.
ok instead of okay.

poor capitalization.

I find it's easier to over look my own grammar mistakes when I'm replying via my phone. I PROLLY won't be changing that.

You'll also never see me call anyone out over their grammar/ spelling errors. As long as you can get the point across it's okay.

While we're on this subject, shouldn't the the 'Q' be followed with a '.' in your name?

Now you see why I flick you $h!t. I only razz Clyde cause I know he can take it. Same goes for Olly.
You probably can't find many(if any) other places and times where I throw grammar into the chat.
I know what really gets you is "your" instead of "you're".
So, if ur gonna correct others grammar, you gotta make sure your using the correct grammar two.
duck" " killer" "Clyde isn't that how it should be?
Clyde is a proper name, for the most part. :D

Side question, who here texts like a tard, and who actually texts full words and sentences?

I hate reading a text full of ebonics and numbers mixed into the words, it may take me a little longer but usually always spell it all out. I am guilty though of ones like: gonna, kinda, pic, ect.

I would argue otherwise. I find it really handy at work, need something from the boss - send a text, no need to get caught up in a long conversation about why I need it. Text my electrician a text about a job, I dont have to wait for his voicemail then leave a message. I know he'll read it when he has a second, and get back to me.

I also find it very handy while I'm driving, so as not to get distracted from the beers I'm drinking.

Disclaimer: I made that last part up.
