What made gas prices jump so much in the last few days? Did it jump for everyone? Went from $3.65ish to $4.09 in four days here.

What the heII does a pipeline in Wisconsin have to do with Indiana? Ever notice that when prices go up it all happens in one day, but takes weeks to go back down. This subject burns my arse.

No kidding! Filling up the Jeep doesn't seem to phase me, but when I haul that 5 gallon can to the station to fill up for yard and garden work, it pisses me off.

Got down to around $2.79 here then jumped to $3.38 here in the last 3 days. I dont understand how a petroleum company can profit billions of dollars after taxes, payrolls, and expenses, and still charge that much. Greed and the love of money is killing America.

BINGO.

The govt makes more in taxes per gallon of gas than the oil company does in profit per gallon.

Think about that.

You are right, but I kinda see it as a combination of my post and yours. Just my opinion, not that it means much. Its all Bush's fault. Maybe we need to force fetch America, right Assa?

Haha.

Go the other way and get a diesel. Chip, exhaust, and injectors, I bet you'll get about 20 mpg

Diesel is more expensive than the premium gas here.
