Only reason he didn't go to jail is because he was a cop. I GUARANTEE you, I go out into the road and blast at a car, I'm getting locked up. And did he have a Walther or a Glock?

Since NDAA was passed you could be detained without question indefinitely. I have no doubt that you'd be arrested for doing the same.

Said he ran out of bullets in his Walther and went to the closet and got the Glock.

Ok, makes sense. I thought he said he just went inside and told his wife to call 911. The fact that he emptied one gun, and then got another and went outside REALLY would have landed anyone but a cop in front of a jury here. Pisses me off. Not what he did, but how differently he was treated.
