Said he ran out of bullets in his Walther and went to the closet and got the Glock.

Posted: Thu Jan 09, 2014 9:01 pmOk, makes sense. I thought he said he just went inside and told his wife to call 911. The fact that he emptied one gun, and then got another and went outside REALLY would have landed anyone but a cop in front of a jury here. Pisses me off. Not what he did, but how differently he was treated.
