We are down to the final three refuge shoot days of the season. Every where is shooting well. We will be putting some miles on the trucks this next week playing the lottery at several Wildlife areas each night. Should be a fun week!!!

Fun morning. We ended up with 28 ducks and a bonus snow. Talked I Shoot Sponies into tagging along with us.

It was a good time for sure, and nice to get ISP on some birds. Hope this weekend will be more of the same.

I just wouldn't be comfortable having my hunting opportunities hinging on a raffle. Very different.

Didn't lotto on. Refuges either lotto or do a first come first serve type of a deal. Ive hunted every shoot day this season for the exception of new years. . Way to hung over for that one. Their are enough options around here to always get a chance to go out.

It was one of those special days this morning. Birds were giving up like they wanted to die.

Scouted a few ponds for tomorrows hunt. Should be a good day. This wildlife area shot a 5 bird average with over 2100 birds taken Saturday alone. Expecting it to be slower tomorrow but I guess I'll just have to see how it plays out. All in all im very happy how the last hunt of the season went with my cousin this morning. Birds every where, awesome dog work quality hunting across the board. Every one I talked to had smiles on their face. Can't ask for anything more then that!!!
Hoping to head over to shoot specs tomorrow afternoon with a couple of buddies. Hunting sun up to sun down.

I was on my last bird. Had a 3pack of wigeon coming in and then saw the teal dive in behind them. Took a pass on the wig and pop that pretty little guy.
