I actually kind of enjoy cleaning birds for our house, but only in relatively small batches. Scald and pick all but a few that get skinned for gumbo or filleted for the grill, and I like knowing exactly how they were handled from field to freezer. But if I had to pluck everything my parties shot, I'd do my hunting down the road.
