That's nuthin. Some guy ran into a bunch of geese with his companies jet aircraft...I mean the poor things were just flying along, minding their own goose business, when wham...some idiot.

Serves those smug motherfckers right. Thinking they were safe and coming out of hiding just because duck season was over.

If they find them I'd be interested in what punishment they get.

I called the number to offer a hot tip, in hopes of getting the reward. They told me that there were no less than 10 calls naming John Ehler as one of the riders and, I wouldn't get the reward because I wasn't the first to call that tip in. Fuckin' hotlines are always scams.

These ducks are here every year. They have them on the news a couple times a year. It's probably 200' long and 50' wide. Most times there is more ducks than water.
A couple other articles I read said both guys lines up and went blasting through them once. When the bird watchers on shore started yelling, the snowmobilers cussed them out then went back through killing a couple more.

The real question, did you breast them and are you over your possession limit. Those two things can get you prison time, just ask foiles.

From the list of violations that the DNR and LE plan on slapping down, they will get hit hard.
Watercraft violations because technically it becomes a boat when it's in water. So they will get no PFDs, fire extinguishers, registration, etc.
Then hunting violations of taking birds with an illegal device out of season. And will most likely loose their hunting rights for a lifetime.
Then other random violations.

Most of those would be a federal charge as well because it's migratory waterfowl as well.

Few years back a couple guys rounded up deer and ran them to death with snowmobiles. a few counties over. They did some fucked up shit like tying live deer to trees and running them over. I don't remember what they all got but I know they threw the mother-loving book at them.

Not exactly the same as driving upon a wad of ducks that couldn't get out of the way in time.

Wonder if you could develop a ski that targeted certain species like mergansers?

Or he could read the article in the link he posted that says "a mallard". As far as the mergansers they killed, they didn't kill enough of them.
