Going to make this short. Got ISS because I felt threatened and got into a brawl and won. Will give more info later.

Is this the same school that tried to teach you biology?
Just a thought, but maybe you should listen to them this time?

I find it funny that while every other jackass on here has improper grammar, Rex actually used the correct form of "its" in the thread title.

Are you sure?
Did he mean the school and the bullshit that belongs to it? Or Did he mean school and it is bullshit?

Would you rather have lost and be in class? I think you knew the consequences and made a choice. Live with it.

Since he used "its," I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and figure he meant the former.

Why are people jumping on Rex for standing up do himself? I don't know the details, but if he whipped a kid for being an ass, he should be home free

I am glad I didn't lose. I think the consequences are bullshit. I told him to not take a step further, and he had to start swinging. You know what happens from there. I get 3 days of horseshit from Ms. Creach because I didn't want to get whacked in the head.

Depending on the circumstance, I could agree with you, but words are rarely reason for violence. If say he started on the defensive (physically) then I'm on his side.

Bullshit. Someone verbally threatens me, or starts attacking my family verbally after I tell them to stop, there will be an unannounced fist flying their way. I am no badass but I will be damned if some top water is gonna drag me through the mud.
You use "violence" like he knifed the kid. It was a fight. Big deal

We all know what happens from there. Take solace in that Ms. Creach is only doling out horseshit because the rest of her life probably sucks and misery loves company. Do you think she supervises suspension because she's the best or most popular teacher in your school? Hardly.

No I didn't.
And I said rarely.
But in this situation, there was likely insults and probably threats towards Rex. If they threaten your family and you physically attack them, it is one thing. If they insult your family and you do it, it is something else.

same. whether or not he meant it, it is still grammatically correct as a possessive.

Here's the situation. Someone told him that I said he was a blue gum nigger lover. I never said that. He tried to find me at lunch. He found me eating a sandwich in the truck. I wasn't paying much attention but he slammed his hand on the window. I got out and said what the fuck is your problem? He had that look of hell in his eyes. He muttered something about he was going to choke me to death and beat the snot out of me. He took a few steps and now he had broken my 4 foot radius of "safety" as I like to call it. He took 2 wheel barrow swings and knocked me on the side of the face. Missed the second one. It went downhill for him from there. I threw 4 punchs and hit him all 4, all solid, and that put him on his ass crying and swollen.

Sounds like self defense. If that's the true story, good for you, Rex.
But I'm confused. WTF is a wheel barrow swing?

Shoulda jumped back in the truck and ran his ass over. That or told him to meet you after school at such n such time and place, then set up on the ridgeline 300 yards away with the .275.
