Went to get my bow today after I called thurs and they said they would be closed fri for good Friday and open saturday.well showed up and locked down tighter than a ducks ass.i left a awesome voice mail for them and going back Monday and either get a hundred dollar in store credit towards accessories or my eight hundred dollars back I paid for the bow.in short they'll either make 1500 or 0.the place is two hours away from the house.

That sucks.

There are 2 that are 35 miles away but I wouldn't trust them to screw a light bulb in correctly

That sucks. I guess I lucked out in the fact that the guy I go to is very knowledgeable when it comes to bows/repairs and his shop is 5 minutes from the house. I went by yesterday, he did a tune/check up and changed out my peep for 1 size bigger, charged me 5 bucks.

my preferred pro shop just started carrying elite bows which is what I bought.they are the best around right across the border in bridge city Texas which is about an hour away so if the place in Opelousas louisiana doesn't give me the 100 dollar discount I'll just go back to my proshop.the only reason I went to them was because they had a brand new 2013 bow reduced to 750 and the 2014 are 900

Just talked with Mike. He said that he didn't know in advance that they would be closed on Saturday and didn't find out until they closed on Thursday night. He also said that he told you that you should call Saturday before you came. (I think he was just trying to cover his ass) I also told him that you thought that they had the best product and the best service and the best prices but all that went out the window after you had to drive two hours to find a lock on the door. I told mike that you were pissed and was probably going to cancel everything if you couldn't make him happy when you got there.

I was polite, believe it or not. You should say when you get there that the power of the internet is just about as strong as Kryptonite is to Superman.
