Yea or Nay?

2008 Tundra with the 5.7, 138,000 miles: $16,000. I'm going to look at it this morning, I believe it has a topper as well. Sounds like it was 1 owner (older gentleman) who spent a lot of time going from eastern MT to AZ. He traded it for a new ecoboost. Toyotas are so damn expensive in MT and hold their value ridiculously well.

My initial impression is that they are probably all highway miles and he probably didn't use it to tow much. My reasoning for that is no one is going to buy the ecoboost for towing a lot. Ecoboost was made for guys that want to be seen as cool by owning a truck, but still worry about gas mileage. ;)

Ok, got another one.

This one's a 2008 F-150 Supercab (suicide doors) 5.4L with the XLT package and 67,700 on the odometer.

Asking price is 18k. They still have this one for now ;) Gonna go look at it first thing tomorrow morning. :fishing:

That's way to much $$$ for a 7 year old 150.

Yup. My 1 ton diesel lariat super crew was $2500 less when I bought it at 7 years old.

That's pretty steep. But the mileage is also low. I have a 2010 150 with the 5.4 and just passed 140k this week. I don't have a single complaint about the truck it has been great. If you can talk them down in the price the 150 is a solid choice IMHO.

I agree. Talk them down it is a good truck. That's what year mine is.
