I wouldn't hesitate to eat it as long as it's still cold. It was hot smoked at 170 and vacuum packed. Enjoy!

Nope. I had nothing to do with it. Believe that's a boot tiler concoction. Freshly squeezed. Ive never heard ass to salmon before.
