Need a teeny little question answered.
Trying to reconnect with an old friend. Its been 15 years and boom I get a number handed to me saying call him. I have. No answer.

So I'm texting the number...

Now, how can you tell if the phone number I have can accept texts without actually asking?


I suppose if the text gets returned it don't work but if it don't get returned..maybe he got it?

I'm not text savvy but do a lot of texting.
