It's no secret I hate math.
If something is 40% ingredient A, 38% ingredient B, and 9% ingredient C, I need to figure out a "parts" method.
For example, can I use 4 grams A, 3.8 grams B, and .9 grams C? I know it doesn't add up to 100%, and I'm hoping the extra 10% is just inert ingredients or filler of some sort. Although I will maintain my distance when trying it for the first time.

That sounds about right. But instead of grams, you should be using pounds. Or kilos.

In retrospect, using powdered sugar instead of regular was a bad idea.
