One of my customers has been having trouble with a brand new NH forage harvester, and so has been running his 5 yr old Claas to try and keep up.

The NH reps were out from the factory today...guessing they've had better days.

i cant believe he would go to a NH after having a Claas. just dont seem right.big down grade
only thing NH i would buy would be a big square and round baler

we just got our remanned motor in for the old(1990) deere we blew up this spring .going to keep it for snow and back up if the newer(2002) deere breaks down. with the new chopper coming i think we can still keep up with it and the 90 year model

Deere chopper? Most of my hours logged chopping were in a 7350 deere.

Yeah, the NH dealer is a real slick talker - gonna have to face the music now though.

My boss seriously considered claas machines but deere was less than 10 miles from HQ and parts readily available.

Dealer support is important... There is Claas, and then there is everything else.

most of our farm is between the waterloo plant and quad cities plant. if the dealers dont have what i need or i cant make what i need.i have "guys" there that can get me what i need.
biggest reason i havent gone with a Claas or a Krone until now. have a Big X 1100 coming

I've been out of custom harvest for a while now but Crane, by far and away the biggest operation out here has switched almost fully. He's gotta have 15 of their spfh running around. Those Jaguar 900 models.
