That's kind of my take too. I think your best chance is to grapple his ass(Putin) into a rear choke hold in 3 seconds or less and take whatever he dishes out while you hold him to blackout.
Of course, there is always the walk up from behind with the hammer back and squeeze one off in his skull. Center punch his stem and he'll be jello.
So far as Barry goes, a gut punch will probably put him down. Your biggest worry with Barry is getting inside the circle of SS he has with him.
