Nebraska and North Carolina trivia

Call it TRIVIAL but I just discovered something sort of odd.
Anybody care to guess b4 I spill it?
Hint: If you're banned from hunting in your state this info becomes important, VERY important, but I'm not banned anywhere yet. The answer is on page 29 of the 2016 Illinois hunting and trapping guide. (IWVC)
