I was 5 years old and had just watched the first airing of the first episode of the science fiction TV series Star Trek the night before. Went to school (kindergarten) and was bubbling at school about how cool it was. Live long and prosper etc.

They said I was "Lost in Space". Them bastards had no idea how big it would become.

Had Bo Trimble not led the huge letter-writing campaign the series Star Trek might not have ever made it to season three. This is significant because had it not been for season three the series never would have made it to syndication where it gathered an even larger audience and following than it had originally had at NBC.

Tomorrow is an all day Star Trek marathon. Oh yeah. Football? Hunting? I'll be watching Star Trek, drinking Klingon beer, and eating some Vulcan food.

Ok I saw a duck. It was a big duck. The duck had many many friends. Thousands of thousands of them. (millions)
For the gps cords you're going to have to do some damage control and maybe some ass-kissin'.
Better?
How do you like me now?

Sept 8 1966. Things were a lot like Mayberry back then in every town. Locked doors? That only started about when the hippies migrated to New York in '69. Those were the days yeap.

The Ron Moore version of BSG on Sci-fi, as it was called back then, was one of the best shows EVER on TV. It touched every moral question that has ever been thought of. Great great show..........if you haven't ever seen it you should binge watch some time.
