It's a Bic lighter. Duh.
It has a picture of something on it.
Here's a clue.
Be kind rewind.

Non filtered Camels, always found myself spitting tobacco bits while puffing on one. Lol. I kept one wedged between strings on the head of a Telecaster, just cause it looked cool.

I quit smoking April 25, 1979. Then went to a military school.
I'd have died if I hadn't.

For some odd reason, my mother once noted that I smelled like the cleaning lady's Pall Malls. Which, of course, nudged my 15 or 16yr-old self over to Camels. (Don't think there was a filtered version then.)
But a buddy of mine was man enough to smoke Lucky Strikes. Happened our girl friends were also best friends who often babysat my gal's little brother, who was a royal PIA until my buddy succumbed to his request for a cigarette and we learned we could be rid of him for the cost of a Lucky per night. Truth be told, they made me sick, too.
Had to make two stabs at it, but put them all aside for good, after eleven years, in 1976.

I was used to filters then my Eskimo store keeper friend only had two brands. Everything else gone so I got used to it. Wasn't long until I quit.
Was still in high school when I went or rather was sent there to Alaska. Was supposed to fix me.
