Posted: Tue Jun 28, 2022 4:53 pmThey were good! We don’t typically eat our Canada legs like that. Usually boil them down and pull them apart for barbecue sandwiches. There’s so much meat on them I hate to toss them.
Now duck legs and Snowgoose legs we grill or bake as they are much easier to eat. Kids absolutely love them and if enough aren’t made there will be a riot.
