When it comes to waterfowling it is pretty worthless unless you have a bunch of potholes in there but it is kind of pretty! Doves love it though and I have killed limits of pheasants full of canola.

Cool. If I knew when it's blooming it'd be profitable to do a bee-cation just to set up on a flow like that.
Compared to what we get canola hunny is meh.
It's still valuable. People want natural sweeteners.
I eat white sugar still tho.

Is that crop blooming or is it just yellow?
I dont know the yield on canola but a field of white clover can produce 100# per acre if the season is right.
I wish it were like that here.
Beans n corn. It's stale

I bet it smells good if you get near them hives.
Canola is big up north. I've never seen it.
How long is the day today up there?
Long as hell if I remember right.

How do the farmers keep the deer out of it? Looks like an awesome food plot.

I agree with the urinous, animalistic, fleshy smell. I guess I should’ve also stated that the bad smell lasts three or four days so if there is a good smell I have never smelt it. Of course I’ve never walked through a canola field and put my nose up to the flowers.
