I remember on the Fuge there was a podcast thread. That is where I learned about “the end of the line” podcast. As a northerner I always enjoyed it, especially the duck hunting and fishing content. Never really cared about the college football stuff but I know that’s a big deal in the south. Anyways, the last episode was a couple couple years ago until the other day. Not sure if any of y’all listen to that one, but it looks like they are going to start it back up which for me is good news.

I actually listened to an interview with Rocky (founder of end of the line podcast and mossy island outfitters) on Ramsey Russell’s duck season somewhere podcast today. Sounds like Rocky sold his guide business and rights to the podcast and has moved on to raising kids and other pursuits. Said he ultimately felt bad charging people money for not enough ducks. So whoever is resurrecting the end of the line podcast must be the new owner. Rocky touched on the unfinished story of his outfitting business and the land rights dispute that has ended up in the Mississippi Supreme Court. Said he expects a decision soon and an explanation of all of it on the podcast from the new owner.

Cool I will look forward to hearing that! I haven’t listen to Ramsey in over a year. Was making me want to go to Mexico and Argentina too bad haha. This new one was just him and Rob. Rob basically told the story about going to a football game and then they just did a little small talk about some of the latest things on TikTok. No mention of a new podcast owner

If I see Bill Cooksey starring in one, I’ll watch it.

I like Standard Sportsman and Duck Season Somewhere podcasts, dont really get into many others.....also not much time to just listen for an hour or more uninterrupted these days.
