Looks like some of you are in for a real treat! I would gladly trade the cold weather and wind we’ve been having for that snow! Be safe out there

Every kid deserves at least one good snowstorm! Hopefully it’s wet so they can make a snowman and have a snowball fight!!

Yeh we are like fish out of water when it comes to this stuff PC. All schools and most businesses will close, affording the kids (young and old), some rare snow play time.

Just a comparison, picture of what some of you guys received with the snow compared to what we have received up north in total this winter. Probably not how the south envisioned winning :fishing:

That's certainly a stat worth hanging on to! Boy was it fun around here this week, seriously!

PC, I never would've guessed that the snowfall up North in some of those areas is so low :o Like Darren said, it was playtime around here for several days, and I think I enjoyed watching my wife (the oldest kid out there), play in it with the neighborhood kids, as much as anything.

Been crying about the lack of snow all winter.

Current snow cover.

I'm back. We have all the snow you could ever want here in Girard Pa.. Almost 120" since Thanksgiving and no end in sight. I put the Ariens to good use before I went in the hospital. I think Erie is close to 100" or so.

I wish we could have stole some of your snow. None in the forecast for the last week of the season. I went squirrel hunting yesterday. Just not up for putting out the big spread and spending all day hoping for geese. Checked the logs after squirrel hunting. Mostly 0's in the logs and most of the rest are 1's or 2's. Only one pit in the last few days got a 9 and that still could have been just one flock.

To add some insult to injury, Saturday we haul all the decoys and gear to storage. No it's not going to snow. Rain, quite a bit of rain to make it a muddy mess. With warmer temps this week, that should be a lot of fun. Frozen as it is now, it takes about half a day if we have good turnout. Easy peasy. Rain, last time like this we got a trailer buried. I was lucky to get my truck out of the one field. It's going to be a muddy day if the forecast holds
